In the past few days e-mails have been sent out to all customers via Metaltix.

Here you have the option of either a refund, an exchange for a 2021 ticket and, optionally, free participation in the Felsenburg Festival 2020.
Check your e-mail inboxes and check the spam folder if necessary and follow the instructions in the description text.

For customers who have purchased their tickets elsewhere, there will soon be a direct link to the form on the homepage.

We are already preparing for WWN 2021 and will of course also keep you up to date here.
